Where have I been?

Well it has been a while since I came in here but I just wanted to let you all know I am still around! Since my return from Indonesia in September, my poor camera has hardly left the house. There has been so much going on in my life that only those creatures I have spotted in the house and garden have found me pursuing them with camera in hand.

Gerry and I have been heavily (and wonderfully) involved in baby-sitting duties for our two little Grandchildren as well as trying to plan the many jobs around the house that need doing (and keep getting neglected as we chase wildlife around the world).

My own work with my friend and colleague Angela as we build up Happy Lappy has been very intense and exciting as we go from strength to strength.

I have also had a pretty major personal upset to deal with that for 4 months has been a huge weight on my shoulders. But! that is only one part of an otherwise good life :-)

So all of you who come here to see my wildlife pictures, be assured that new material will come soon. For those of you who are visiting for the first time, you are very welcome. Please feel free to browse some of my earlier, and more interesting, posts and please do come back for more.
